Review lab targets.
Review & monitor the performance of all the lab staff members.
Plan the caliBrandtion tests whether by internal and external quality control programs and monitor the implementation of corrective actions.
Monitoring the policies implementation and makes improvement projects and hardwiring the change in it
Reviews inventory checks according to agreed stock days and replenishment process.
Identifies and implements staff development and training needs as a supportive function with the alignment
Ensure that the requesting of test is as what was required from the physicians.
Ensure that the lab admin is performing barcoding of the sample properly.
Ensure that phlebotomist is doing sampling correctly according to the guideline and sample is collected and received properly to start the Analytical Process.
