Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute regional business development strategies aligned with company goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and markets within Qatar and neighboring regionsBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clientsConduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activitiesPrepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiationsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure project delivery meets client expectationsMonitor and report on regional sales performance and pipeline developmentRepresent NES Fircroft at industry events, conferences, and networking functionsQualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related fieldProven experience (minimum 5 years) in business development within the energy, oil & gas, or engineering sectors in Qatar or the Middle EastStrong understanding of the regional market dynamics and client baseExceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a global teamFluency in English; Arabic language skills are a plusRequirements: Must hold valid work authorization in QatarAbility to travel within the region as needed
