Oversee the sourcing, interviewing, and hiring process of employees, making sure that the recruiting strategies used by the team are up to the standard and are up to date.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe listed examples may not include all duties performed by the person in this position. Duties may vary from time to time and are at the discretion of the General Manager of the Middle East.

  • Update current and design new recruiting procedures
  • Create new procedures that reduce cost-per-hire
  • Supervise the recruitment team and report on its performance
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates
  • Keep track of recruiting metrics (time to fill and cost per hire)
  • Evaluate and suggest the best recruiting software and suggest ways to improve the company?s branding.
  • Develop the best job advertising techniques suitable for the business
  • Develops and maintains a recruitment report and data that meets top management information needs.
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods
  • Attend career events and job fairs
  • Ensuring ethical recruitment standards are followed during the full cycle of recruitment
Build the company?s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges, and other partnersRequisitos del candidatoREQUIREMENTS:
  • University Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years?experience. GCC experience is a plus.
  • Training related to recruiting techniques, competencies, behavior interviews, and negotiations.
  • Area of experience required: staffing, managing processes, negotiation, coaching, communication processes, motivating others, promoting process improvement, reporting skills.
