Job Description

  • Answer phones and respond to customer requests with a smile.
  • Place customer order in the system and forward such orders to appropriate sales & marketing staff.
  • Should possess adequate weekly advertisement.
  • Responsible for the weekly advertisement.
  • Provide customer with product, service information and company website.
  • Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
  • Complete call logs and reports.
  • Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
  • Recommend process improvements.
  • Builds a Cordial relationship with the client.
  • Other Task as instructed by the department head/Supervisor.
