Objectives:We are looking for a diligent real estate appraiser to produce credible and viable results for clients and other intended users. You will be responsible for aggregating, analyzing, interpreting, and reporting on appraisal data.Main Responsibilities:Conducting formal appraisals of real property or land before it is sold, mortgaged, insured, or developedEvaluating properties to establish market values and property ratings using internal and external sourcesMaking on-site visits, inspecting the property and interviewing clients.Examine all variables that impact the propertys present or future value (comparable home sales, previous sales records, future developments, etc.)Prepare reports that fully explain assessment results and outline methods used.Document procedure and backup data.Keep abreast of all current regulations, standards and best practices in Qatar.An excellent relationship with all the banks, insurance companies, and developers.Reporting to: General Manager REQUIREMENTS: University Qualifications:University grade in a related field and MUST be Certified/Licensed Real Estate AppraiserSoft Skills and Personality Traits:Strong analytical and research skills.Excellent writing and communication skillsKnowledgeable in real estate, especially the Qatar market.Understanding of appraisal methodology.Solid math and business skillsPrecise attention to detailStrong analytical skillsCustomer service skills.Organizational and time-management skills.Problem-solving skillsSpecialist Knowledge:Must be certified Real Estate Appraiser Licensed or certified appraiserProven working experience as a real estate appraiser.Familiarity with all current real estate market in Qatar regulations, rules and standardsGender Preference: AnyNationality Preference: AnyLanguage Fluency: English/ArabicCurrent Location: Qatar
