Qcon is seeking experienced Quantity Surveyors skilled in SPIR (Scope, Price, Impact, Risk) management for Oil & Gas projects. Candidates will be responsible for cost control, contract administration, and commercial management in line with SPIR guidelines.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review Scope of Work and evaluate pricing for project activities.Analyze and manage project impacts and associated risks.Monitor and control project costs ensuring alignment with budgets.Prepare and assess variation claims, change orders, and cost reports.Conduct contract administration and ensure compliance with commercial terms.Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and project teams for commercial coordination.Support tendering, budgeting, and forecasting activities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline.Proven experience in Quantity Surveying within the Oil & Gas sector, particularly with SPIR processes.Strong knowledge of contract management and commercial risk assessment.Proficient in quantity take-off, cost estimation, and commercial software.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skillsAbility to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
