Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.Manage contractual claims, variations, and change orders.Conduct cost control and financial analysis to ensure project budget adherence.Review and evaluate contractual documents and procurement strategies.Liaise with project teams, vendors, and clients to monitor project costs.Ensure compliance with project standards, codes, and safety regulations.Prepare and present financial reports and forecasts.Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or relevant field.Extensive experience in Oil & Gas offshore projects.Strong knowledge of cost management, contracts, and project controls.Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
