A. Qualifications1. Bachelors Degree in a Quantity Surveying Discipline from a recognized University tothe approval of the Engineer.2. Post graduate Chartered in Quantity Surveying would be an advantage.B. Experience1. Minimum 15 years experience in construction related quantity surveying, of which 7years in similar surface & ground water networks, utilities Road construction projectsor equivalent.2. Experience must include sewage projects in Large Scale infrastructure utilises,drainage, sewerage, surface water & Sewerage, roads networks construction.3. Experience in preparatory construction project monthly valuation.4. Experience in assessing and valuating Contractors claims.5. Good documentation of records.6. Preparation of submission of all SI, VO, Claims to Ashghal and for project close out.C. General1. Must have ability to utilize computer technology to analyze data, maintain records,analyze financial data and generate reports.2. Must have good command of English both written and spoken.3. Computer skills are mandatory;
