Key Responsibilities:Prepare detailed cost estimates, feasibility studies, and project budgets for civil, architectural, , and ELV works based on design documents and specifications.Assist in preparing tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and other procurement materials to solicit competitive bids from contractors and suppliers.Administer and manage all project contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions while overseeing all financial aspects.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate the financial impact of variations, change orders, and claims, providing detailed reports to project management.Evaluate, appoint, and manage subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring contractual obligations and quality standards are met.Apply technical expertise in , ELV, and architectural drawings to accurately quantify materials, labor, and services.Maintain precise records and provide regular cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and final account statements to the project team and management.Requirements:Strong financial expertise and knowledge of construction methods, materials, and technical systems like and ELV.Contract management experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related technical field.3–5 years of experience in civil project management or quantity surveying.
