- Minimum 8 years of experience as Quantity Surveyor in Civil and Fit-Out projects.- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Survey.- Minimum 5 years work experience in Qatar with good knowledge and understanding of local authority regulations, guidelines, and contracts.- UPDA Certificate is an added advantage.- Must have experience in Pre & Post Tenders, and Tender Estimation.- Excellent spoken and written communication skills
