The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, supporting accreditation readiness, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance patient safety and service excellence.Qualifications:healthcare quality certificationMinimum 2–4 years of experience in healthcare quality, patient safety, or accreditationExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsKey Responsibilitiesstrong knowledge of HSPA readiness assessment -MOPHMonitor and evaluate hospital processes to ensure compliance with local regulatory standardsexperience in documentation preparation, policy development, and quality audits.Conduct internal audits, risk assessments, and incident investigationsDevelop and implement quality improvement programs across clinical and administrative departmentsPrepare and maintain documentation, reports, and KPIs for management and regulatory bodiesProvide training and guidance to staff on quality standards, patient safety, and best practicesSupport hospital leadership in accreditation survey readiness
