1. Maintain and support of IoT platform.2. Support, manage and monitor all IoT use cases solutions.3. Meet the SLA4. 2nd level support for ICT platforms5. Stress testing, Functionality testing, preparedness for UAT, securityResponsibilities:? Perform end-to-end testing of the use cases (from application to the sensor)? The QA will be required to support the implementation of solutions developed by the vendoritself of any third-party solution supplier(s);? The vendor will be required to perform functional and performance testing for vendor solutionsto assure that the solution is performing as per specification.? During verification, the vendor will be required to manage the defects and their correction bythe responsible parties.? Support & maintenance of ICT Platforms services e.g. Cumulocity Platform, Azure, Ericsson DCP, and other services under ICT Platforms.? The vendor will be required to support the User Acceptance Testing.? During UAT, the vendor will be required to manage the Defect reporting and correction processand will be required to deal with all interactions with the Solution Suppliers until the VerificationAcceptance Criteria have been met.
