Today, we have delivered and continue to deliver advanced capabilities such as Patriot, NASAMS, Air Defense Operations Center (ADOC) and Qatar Early Warning Radar systems to partner nation, Qatar. Raytheon Doha is looking for an Associate Director to join the Raytheon Doha leadership team to focus on integration across these world class systems and drive customer expectations in partnership with in-country Program Managers and CONUS based Product Area teammates. Using a deep knowledge of air & missile defense operations, the QIAMD Integration Program Manager will work with the QEADF customer and Raytheon Doha leadership to identify and solve challenges across the DOTMLPF framework. As a trusted partner to QEADF senior leadership, this position with develop improvement projects and champion focused change efforts.The QIAMD Integration Program Manager is responsible for cross program customer intimacy withaccountability and authority to identify and prioritize improvement areas across the DOTMLPF areas within and across the delivered systems. This role includes coordinating within the Managing Director, other in-country program managers focused on delivery of individual QEADF programs acquired via Foreign Military Sales and Direct Commercial Sale, CONUS based product areas teams and daily interface with operational commands and units as a trusted partner. This position will require the ability to coordinate and effectively operate among multiple Raytheon Technologies functions, government agencies and most importantly, the customer at the senior/executive leadership level. This position will report to the Managing Director, Raytheon Doha.This role will be located in Doha, Qatar and is a 2 year international assignment with additional compensation benefits.Responsibilities to Anticipate:? Daily interface with QEADF operational unit/commands to develop and maintain effective relationship with the Qatar Emiri Air Defense Forces (QEADF) as trusted partner.? Develops DOTMLPF framework to explore integration opportunities to solve QEADF needs in light of constraints? Delivers project status regularly to Managing Director and senior QEADF leadership. Tracks actions to closure in coordination with customer to exceed expectations? Develops cross-program integration solutions & opportunities in partnership with In-country program managers for the other Qatar programs? Develops future vision and strategy for QIAMD in partnership with QEADF and Raytheon Strategic Business Units and Raytheon Doha Managing Director; translates strategy into action and implements projects? Focuses, evaluates, motivates and rewards the program team, enabling them to achieve desiredresults? Travels occasionally to the US, within GCC & Europe? Supports an organizational culture aligned with Raytheon Technologies vision and ValuesQualifications You Must Have:? Minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience? University Degree? Experience with Integrated Air & Missile Defense operations across DOTLMPF? Experience with managing across multiple programs? Experience working with international customers? Experience with military organizational? PMX Certification Level 6, or ability to obtain within six months of service? Active Secret Security Clearance (DoD)Qualifications We Value:?
