Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.Partner with the bestAs a Qatar Quality Representative ? Business Process Management, you will be responsible for ensuring that Quality requirements established by our customers in Qatar are always met, report to local management and to quality headquarters of any deviations and issues found during the execution of contract-related work.As a Qatar Quality Representative ? Business Process Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Business Process Management Systems (e.g., Quality Management Systems, Integrated Management Systems).
  • Interface with Qatar Customers being the Baker Hughes OFS Quality Representative.
  • Support Qatar AMO and Service Delivery during customer audits as necessary.
  • Interface with the Regional / Local Quality Compliance Teams ensuring alignment with the OFS QMS.
  • Provide to the Regions regulatory and industry standards expertise (ISO, API, DS-1, etc.)
  • Raise corrective actions for any nonconformities found during the Contract execution and follow up, review effectiveness until proper closure.
  • Review and follow up on field incidents related to the Customer Contract execution.
  • Be available for meeting with the customers to review field incidents, contract execution, and periodic performance review.
  • Work to develop, implement, and monitor overall process mapping for quality improvement purposes.
  • Standardization of processes, tools, and performance management system.
  • Advises functional managers regarding projects, processes, and procedures in the own field.
  • Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
  • Contributes to project as a team member or leads small projects.
  • Work goals typically take 3-6 months to complete and the time horizon for results/impact is typically 2-12 months after the event.
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college or a high school diploma / GED.
  • A minimum of 5 years? experience related to Directional Drilling (DD), Measure while Drilling (MWD) and Logging while drilling (LWD).
  • Minimum of 3 years? experience in Quality Assurance / Quality Control (QA/QC)
  • Deep knowledge of Management Systems: ISO 9001 / ISO TS 29001 / API Spec Q2 / Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015 (ISO 19011)
  • Minimum of 3 years? experience in Business Process Management.
  • Proficient and knowledgeable in QC inspections such as but not limited to T.H. Hill DS-1, API RP 7G, NS-1, NS-2.
