Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control programs specific to Marine Construction projectsOversee inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety, and environmental standardsCoordinate with project teams to address and resolve quality issuesConduct audits and review quality documentation and reportsLead root cause analysis for quality incidents and implement corrective and preventive actionsEnsure adherence to international quality standards (ISO, ASTM, Marine Industry Standards) and client requirementsRequirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fieldProven experience in QAQC management within Marine Construction projectsStrong knowledge of marine standards, safety, and environmental regulationsExcellent leadership, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to lead audits, inspections, and quality assurance processes effectively
