Position SummaryThe position is responsible to supervise and coordinate all activities related to Quality Assurance of inspection of work packages completed and to be sold off to the client.Essential Functions?1. Interprets regulations, codes, and industry standards properly for effective implementation.2. Monitors all operations that affect quality.3. Develops, implements, and monitors laboratory operating procedures to ensure all analysis is conducted to established standards.4. Allocates laboratory operations and workflows so that laboratory equipment and resources are used efficiently and work targets are met.5. Coordinates and arranges meeting with regulatory government authorities when required6. Ensures that all laboratory equipment is calibrated as required by the FSMS7. Orders of laboratory supplies and maintaining cost-effective purchases.8. Maintains personal standards at the highest level and to be a role model for fellow employees.9. Conducts CIP verifications.10. Conducts tanks, product lines, and valves inspections as and when required.11. Handles customer and consumer complaints from sales and discussing with depts.12. Prepares and Maintains proper documentation compliance.13. Completes complaint investigations and replies to sales quality on time, weekly and monthly reports.14. Investigates the internal plant issues to identify the appropriate root cause and suggest suitable corrective actions.15. NCN and concession management, report management, and presentations.16. Conducts GMP audits as required.17. Prepares weekly and monthly reports for complaints and investigations.18. Communicates and coordinates with other lab staff as and when required.19. Performs tasks as assigned by the manager.
