Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and plans in line with project requirements.Conduct inspections and audits of materials, equipment, and work activities.Review and approve inspection reports, test results, and quality documentation.Ensure adherence to HSE standards and regulatory requirements.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to address quality issues.Facilitate non-conformance reporting and corrective actions.Provide quality assurance support during commissioning and handover.Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related engineering discipline.Minimum of 8+ years experience in QA/QC for Oil & Gas EPC projects, preferably refineries.Strong knowledge of QA/QC standards (ISO, API, ASME, etc.).Experience in inspection, testing, and quality documentation.Excellent communication and leadership skills.GCC experience is preferred.
