Be fully aware of the Project HSE and Quality requirements? Support and assist the Project Manager with respect to QA/ QC scope of the project? Ensure implementation of the Qafco 7 Contract requirements in area of responsibility and report any deviation to the Project Manager? Responsible for all QC activities on Site and for equipment during fabrication? Review EPCC Contractor?s Project Quality Plan and ensure compliance to EPCC Contract requirements? Follow up EPCC Contractor implementation of the accepted Quality Plan and report any non-conformity to the Project Manager? Manage all the Site QC activities? Manage all the equipment QC Plans (Inspection & test Plans)? Manage the QC inspectors for inspection and expediting of equipment? Organize and develop the Quality Assurance function within the Project Team? Ensure implementation of a Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001? Coordinate the incorporation of the Qafco 7 Plant into the Qafco overall Quality system? Plan, carry out and report Quality Audits and Surveillance of EPCC Contractor and Subcontractors? Support the Project Team members in conducting Quality Surveillance in own trades towards EPCC Contractor and Subcontractors? Plan, carry out and report Quality Surveillance activities internally in Project Team? Follow up EPCC Contractor/Subcontractors with regard to interpretation and proper implementation of the EPCC Contract documents? Identify, report and follow up risks within own area of responsibility? Responsible for providing the inputs to the monthly report Steering Committee / Board presentations and other reporting matters as per specific requests from Project Manager? Bachelor?s Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized University? 10 years direct and relevant experience related to Quality Control in oil/gas or petrochemical or fertiliser industry, with minimum 5 years in a management role? Basic knowledge regarding Quality Management & HSE Management Systems
