What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized universityIRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor15 years’ experience in construction of major Greenfield or Brownfield process plants in the Oil & Gas industry, including extensive experience in large-scale Solar (Photovoltaic) projects in QatarResponsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain civil quality assurance and control procedures in compliance with project specifications and standardsConduct inspections and surveillance of civil works, including foundations, structures, and earthworksReview and verify civil construction documents, drawings, and specificationsCoordinate with construction teams to ensure quality standards are met during all phases of civil workLead non-conformance reports (NCR) investigations and ensure corrective actions are implementedFacilitate audits and inspections for civil activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standardsPrepare quality documentation, reports, and records for civil activitiesRequirements: Extensive experience in civil QA/QC within Oil & Gas and Solar projects in QatarStrong knowledge of civil standards, codes, and best practicesExcellent leadership, communication, and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
