QA/QC Coordinator and TechniciansJob Location : QatarExperience :•3–5 years of experience in QA/QC, documentation control, or inspection within a manufacturing or refinery environment (preferably gold refining).Qualification :•Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or technical qualification acceptable with relevant experience.•Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, and ISO 45001:2018 standards.•Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with SharePoint or e-DMS systems is an advantage.•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.•Ability to work shifts if required.Responsibilities and Requirements :•Conduct inspections on in-process and finished products to ensure compliance with internal and customer standards.•Maintain inspection records, calibration logs, and NCR documentation.•Support preparation of quality dossiers, batch traceability records, and management review data.•Assist in internal audits and track corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).•Ensure compliance with ISO and CAA (Cargo Aviation Authorities) requirements.•Promote quality awareness and continuous improvement initiatives.•Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve nonconformities and implement corrective actions.
