Job Description

About this role:

  1. Provides system completion expertise, for planning and execution assisting EPC contractor to deliver in accordance with project SC deliverables and schedule.
  2. Supports contractor by helping on planning SC key activities, coordinate with operations and other disciplines within the team.
  3. Company focal point on coordinating system walkdowns, punch list categorization and closeout to members of Engineering, quality, construction, commissioning and operations Teams.
  4. Responsible for ensuring SC walkdown and Punchlist Categorization process execution is aligned and in compliance with project objectives and procedure.
  5. Monitor and audit EPC Contractor punch list entry to SCDB and punch list closeout process.
  6. Follow the overall punch list system and identify priority in line with System/Subsystem completion.
  7. Issue ITR & punch list progress reports by discipline & Systems for Engineering, quality, construction, commissioning and operations Teams, highlighting priority item for particular stage of completion.
  8. Accountable for sharing knowledge of previous lessons learned, capturing and communicating current lessons learned to support review teams and future projects.
  9. Support Head of Completion in any system completion related activity.
  10. Accountable for ensuring SC activites compliance of HSE Standard practice and procedure
What you need to bring:
  • 10 years experience on systems completion field with a broad knowledge on different stages of project, mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and Commissioning.
  • Expertise in systemization, completions database SCDB (WinPCS), SC dossiers, punchlist categorization, SC reports.
  • Experience on ITR (A, B, C) allocation.
  • Experience in brownfield.
  • Strong leadership skills, experience leading multi-displine teams
  • Onshore LNG storage & Loading facilities project experience desirable
  • Specific or multi discipline background beneficial but not essential
