Pump & Motor Rewinding TechnicianJob Location : Qatar:•Inspect, troubleshoot, and diagnose pump malfunctions.•Perform routine maintenance tasks like lubrication and cleaning.•Install and repair pumps, including replacing parts like motors, seals, and bearings.•Maintain records of maintenance and repair activities.•Test pumps to ensure proper operation.•Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment•Assess motor conditions and determine the best rewinding techniques.•Disassemble motors, inspect for damage, and prepare them for rewinding.•Rewind motor coils using appropriate materials and techniques.•Ensure proper insulation and adherence to industry standards during rewinding.•Test rewound motors and document results.•Must be familiar with motor electrical connections, & star delta connections.•May also be involved in manufacturing or managing the manufacturing of coils to specification.Qualifications :•Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or Relevant trade qualifications.•Min 05 years of hands-on experience in repairing and maintenance of all mechanical pumps and motor winding within Qatar.•Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
