Employment: Full Time POSITION OBJECTIVES- Responsible for applying and processing of all government related documentationsKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Liaises with government agencies relating to the processing of:VisasResidency /Work Permit processing medical, employment contract, fingerprintCR/CN- Ensures timely application and/or renewal of:VisasResidency Permits / Work PermitsHealth CardsHealth CertificatesCR/CN- Provides assistance to employees, as may be required by the companyVisa processing for employees familyDriving License- Performs other related duties as required REQUIREMENTS: POSITION REQUIREMENTSExperience and Skills- Must have at 5 years relevant and hand-on work experience in government liaison work- Diploma or Certificate courses- An understanding of relevant Qatari legislation, policies and procedures- Human resources management procedures- Position descriptions- Performance review methods and techniques- Staff training, development and recognition- Problem solving skills- Negotiations skills- Effective communications skills - Arabic is essential. Basic English necessary- Computer skills including the ability to make online government transactions- Time management skills- An understanding of relevant Qatari legislation, policies and procedures.Attributes- Maintain standards of conduct- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity- Be flexible- Demonstrate sound work ethics- Be consistent and fair- Trustworthy with confidential and sensitive company information
