You must be an excellent communicator, a clear decision-maker, and an approachable people manager with extensive knowledge of employee relations, considerable understanding of delivering soft service facilities management, and have operated within either the commercial/property/retail/ healthcare sectors.You will be results-driven and have a track record to enable you to demonstrate the ability to drive operational and business improvement to ensure a first-class client relationship and ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service levels are achieved at all times.
