  4. Design Development: Oversee the development of architectural design concepts, including drawings, models, and specifications.
  5. Team Management: Manage project teams, including architects, designers, and support staff, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
  6. Budget and Resource Allocation: Allocate resources efficiently and monitor project expenses to ensure projects are completed on budget.
  7. Quality Assurance: Ensure that design deliverables meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
