Project ManagerJob Location : QatarDescription:?Assist the Line Manager in all phases and aspects of the project/ meeting minutes/ site visits/ quotations/ tenders.?Manage day-to-day activities related to cleaning and other services to ensure provision of timely, efficient, and satisfactory services.?Planning, organizing, and directing team members to ensure successful service deliveries.?Contribute to the projects annual budget development, monitors budget performance to ensure actual expenditure.?Receives feedback from clients regarding service standards and implements corrective action plans.?Oversees random inspections of all facilities and sites to ensure that cleaning activities and other services are performed as planned and standards being met.?Prepares monthly reports (Project Progress Report/ Activity Report/ Financial Reports, etc).?Carry-out project mobilisation/ demobilisation upon approval of the Line Manager.?Checks duty rosters and timesheets.?Any additional assignments related to same field.Qualifications:?Bachelor?s Degree in Hotel Management and Hospitality is preferable?Trainings in Fire and Safety, HSE Regulations & Registers, and Hospitality & Housekeeping?Project Management Techniques and Methodologies?Commendable communication and computer skills?Work experience in related field 5 years minimum preferably in Commercial projects (Malls)?Qatar Driving License is a mustSalary: Competitive salary will be offered.
