Project Management SpecialistCompany:Boeing Qatar IncJob ID:00000342318Date Posted:2022-09-22-07:00Location:QAT - Al Udeid AB, Qatar Qualifications:Boeing Qatar F15 and Apache Program Office is looking to hire a Project Management Specialist to assist Qatar F15 and Apache Program Office manage small to moderately complex projects as well as the development of support provided to Maintenance, Training, and Logistics contracts. The main responsibilities will include assisting with daily needs and logistics across Al-Udeid via close coordination with USAF, QEAF and local vendors for help needed by the above noted programs. The selected candidate must possess the ability to apply, understand, and implement projects demonstrating proficiency in all project management areas in accordance with accepted project management standards in the industry.Position Responsibilities:The successful candidate will perform the following duties:

  • Liaison with QEAF and USAF on base for Program needs.
  • Assist Boeing Apache maintenance augmentation, F15 maintenance, F15 Logistics, and F15 Operations training teams with local and CONUCS logistics and help needed.
  • Assist Program Office with contract reports data collection.
  • Liaison with Boeing local office and Program Suppliers.
Security Clearance: This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is requiredBasic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 5+ years of Boeing Military Programs experience.
  • 5+ years of management or leading teams at various levels
  • 5+ years of USAF instructions experience.
  • 5+ years in project management or project scheduling experience
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • Knowledge of Boeing programs and systems
  • 5+ years of Qatar Air Force experience
Typical Education & Experience:Bachelor degree or 10 years of related work experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred.Relocation:This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.This requisition is for an international, locally hired position in Qatar.
