Job Description

ObjectiveOur client is a landscaping company and is looking for a project maintenance manager, to lead the landscaping maintenance activitiesResponsibilities

  • Develop, initiate, plan, and deliver the projects to fulfill the management and operational requirements.
  • Coordination and ensure effective communication with the stakeholders of the project to facilitate, organize the logistics, and manage the project at the best maintenance manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of materials, documents and presentations required for the execution of the project and maintain the relevant project library of documents.
  • Tracking the project?s maintenance plan, reporting and monitoring the progress on a regular basis to ensure the timely completion of the project?s maintenance plan and corrective action required if any.
  • Identify risks, maintain risk registers, and support risk management by engaging with the stakeholders and analysis of the key checks.
  • Provide, develop, and interpret the project schedules by using project management software.
  • Determine plant growing conditions, such as greenhouses, hydroponics, or natural settings, and set planting and care schedules.
  • Position and regulate plant irrigation systems, and program environmental and irrigation control computers.
  • Analyse soil to determine types or quantities of fertilizer required for maximum crop production.
  • Provide information to the client on the care of trees, shrubs, flowers, plants, and aquatic plants.
  • Conduct inspections to determine crop maturity or condition or to detect disease or insect infestation.
  • Direct plants production operations, such as planning, tilling, planting, fertilizing, cultivating, spraying, and harvesting.
  • Monitor activities, such as irrigation, chemical application, harvesting, milking, breeding, and grading, to ensure adherence to safety regulations or standards.
