Job Description

Project Engineering Head Brownfield EPC-3 Bachelors? Degree in Engineering. 20 years? experience in Oil and Gas industry with at least 5 years experience in project engineering management on a major LNG project environment. Experience in Brownfield execution. Experienced with risk management assessment techniques. Experience in managing discipline engineers. Field engineering experience is desirable Lump Sump EPC experience on Major Projects

  • On behalf of EPC-3 Project Manager, leads EPC-3 brownfield activities ensuring safe, reliable and cost efficient delivery to achieve overall project schedule. Provides clear and concise direction to EPC-3 CONTRACTOR. Provides leadership and coordination internal to the PMT and with all other stakeholders to support procurement, construction and commissioning/start-up of Brownfield activities.
  • Provides support and assistance to the EPC-3 Project Manager for brownfield activities associated with reporting. Focal point to the EPC-3 PMT for related Decision Records, Technical Notes and Position Papers.
  • Reports to the EPC-3 NFXP Onshore Project Manager based at CONTRACTOR?s Home Office in Doha, Qatar during the Engineering & Procurement phase with transition to the Site Offices at Ras Laffan Industrial City for Construction, Commissioning and Start-up.
