Major challenges are: (1) the management of conflicting priorities and views amongst multiple shareholders and stakeholders; (2) effectively analysing information in order to prioritise tasks as required to meet project execution schedule and key milestones in a high pressure environment; (3) interfacing and co-ordinating multiple groups to ensure problems and opportunities are prioritised and addressed efficiently; (4) demonstrating full commitment and capacity to take work load and providing accurate reporting to the Project Management, focusing on priorities and areas of risks; and5) ensuring that ad-hoc and short internal and external requests are handled in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.
