Employment: Full Time -Strong operational background at management level and a thorough understanding of the building and construction industry and processes.-Have the ability to develop and nurture client relationships both internally and externally.-Ability to develop budgetary estimates for construction and site improvement projects.-Strong knowledge of construction code, materials, processes and equipment.-Experience with concrete repair, restoration and replacement.-Ability to manage construction projects (large and small), direct construction crews, and interact with architects, designers and mechanical/electrical engineers in a professional manner.-Ability to lead pre-bid walk through and explain the scope and requirements of construction projects.-Ability to supervise employees in completion of assignments and long-term projects.-Ability to plan and prioritize projects.-Ability to carry out verbal and written directions and to communicate them to other employees.-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.-Must possess the desire and ability to work cooperatively, effectively and responsibly in a multicultural environment. REQUIREMENTS: -25 years post qualification experience with at least 10 years in the Middle East, preferably in Qatar.-BSc in a recognised engineering discipline from an accredited University-Excellent communication skills, including report writing and presentation skills.-Previous experience in a mega projects environment-Microsoft Office proficiency with Word, Excel, Power Point.-Organised and self-motivated.-Prior experience in leading multi discipline teams.
