Analyse and assist with project control activities for Development Planning Department team to ensure effective and consistent budget and cost controls.
Support CAPEX Stewardship activities for project controls reporting and work Requirement.
˙Assist to analyze AFE reconciliation and work with Engineering to provide detailed explanations and overrun approvals.
Communicate the required actions with Finance when D&C activities complete to enable AFE close-out and depreciation where relevant.
Able to utilize cost information into Cost models/ cost analysis/ benchmarking throughout interface and coordinate effectively with required Client stakeholders.
Provide effective assistance to Finance with necessary and accurate data for developing financial accruals.
Assist with reviewing the monthly Drilling overhead costs and ensure timely assistance is provided to the Drilling & Completion engineers in testing charges to confirm that charges and rates are appropriate for key contractors.
