They manage staff, oversee herd health, maintain equipment, and manage budgets. The manager works closely with owners to develop strategies and plans to increase profitability.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and train staff, assigning tasks and providing feedback
  • Develop and implement strategies and plans to improve herd health, increase chess production, and maximize profitability
  • Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working order
  • Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost control measures are in place
  • Ensure compliance with environmental and food safety regulations
