• Manage procurement activities for EHV and HV project materials, ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards.• Source, negotiate, and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain cost-effective and high-quality materials.• Evaluate supplier performance, conduct market research and prepare cost analyses to ensure competitive pricing.• Collaborate with engineering, project management and construction teams to determine project-specific material requirements.• Ensure timely delivery of materials in line with project timelines and maintain records of procurement activities.• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, ensuring reliability and quality in all transactions.• Prepare purchase orders, track orders, and manage inventory to avoid project delays due to material shortages.• Monitor and update the procurement status regularly, addressing any issues that may affect project schedules.• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations in all procurement processes.
