About the Role:Qatar Aviation Services is looking for experience staff to join their Cargo team as Procurement & Contracts Coordinator based in Doha, Qatar.The role will provide administration support to procurement and contracts department of QAS Cargo. Working under the guidance from Procurement & Contracts Manager to help the procurement and contracts department meet end user requests in a timely and effective manner.Operational Accountabilities:Gathering data required from the internal systems and suppliers for regular status updates to Procurement and Contracts Manager on ongoing procurement and contracts management.Coordinate with End users for the requirements and follow up with the suppliers for the procurement process, ensuring compliance with QR Groups Procurement Policy, Process and Delegation of Authority (DOA)Coordinate with End Users, QAS Ground Handling, Group Legal to ensure Standard Ground Handling Agreements (SGHA) are reviewed, approved and signed in a timely manner.Coordinate with End Users, Finance and Suppliers to ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner.Coordinate with Suppliers and Group Logistics to ensure ordered items are delivered on time.Upkeep the Procurement and Contracts division records necessary for complying with audit requirements, up to date and accessible.Coordinate with group procurement to add new suppliers in the QR Groups supplier master system.Work with QAS Cargo administrative and operational departments, suppliers and cashiers’ team to ensure the repacking charges are obtained and debited to the relevant cost center.Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Manager /Head of DepartmentQualifications:About youHigh School Qualification / Vocational Qualification /Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with Minimum 3 years of job-related experience. ORBachelors Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.Ability to expedite delivery by coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.Ability to use Microsoft Office suite of applications.You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
