Principal Accountabilities:˙1. Maintain the record of all Technical Change Request (MOCs) from Operations in MS Excel for analysis importing from SAP.˙2. Carry out studies on the assigned Technical Change Request (MOCs) coordinating with Operations and Engineering team.˙3. Prepare Performance Dashboard (preferably in MS Excel) to monitor continuously Divisional Performance and maintain Record of Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly reports of the Department/Division.˙4. Draft the technical communications receiving inputs from concerned. 5. Maintaining records of all incoming and outgoing official communications and communicate with the head of the team.˙6. Prepare department performance presentations in MS PowerPoint and report to the Head of the team.˙7. Carry out site visits and coordinate with process Technicians and Engineers to study the assigned MOCs and Technical Process change Requests from Gas Operations. 8. Maintain the database of weekly reports for all Major Projects and report the weekly highlights to the head of the team.˙9. Review technical project documents and coordinate with document controller to provide the necessary document comments.˙10. Participate in MOC panel meetings to monitor the actions and recommendation 11.Coordinate with OEE(M) and update the MOC system to make sure the system reflects the exact status of the MOC˙12. Prepare and update MOC dashboard to make sure that assigned MOCs are reviewed and assisted as per KPI˙˙13. Coordinate panel meetings and highlight/capture MOCs that were wrongly raised in the system˙
