Job Description

Intelex Vision is a fast-growing tech company headquartered in the UK, with teams based across Europe, Middle East, Latin America, Australia, and South Africa. We are revolutionising real-time CCTV surveillance with our market-leading end-to-end AI video analytics platform and now entering an exciting period of growth in multiple markets across the world.We are looking to hire an experienced Pre-Sales Specialist to join our team in Qatar.The persons role will be to support our sales activities and our technical teams with business opportunities in Qatar. Responsibilities include:

  • identify business opportunities in the video analytics market within the region and, together with the local channel partners and the Regional Director for MENA, prepare offers for such opportunities from a technical and commercial perspective, accompanying the complete process until the award of the contracts and collection of the corresponding monies;
  • Support our technical teams with the definition, planning, and implementation of Proof of Concept and Production systems in Qatar, from a hardware and software point of view, including, but not limited to, setup and configuration of iSentry and related software systems (iSentry / Database / Video / VMS / Business Intelligence tools);
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship between Intelex Vision and existing channel partners and end-users in Qatar, ensuring correct expectations are managed and clearly documented. This role also includes filtering and managing the interaction of other Intelex Vision technical resources with customers with the aim of ensuring customer satisfaction and contract renewals/expansions,
  • Identify and influence the major stakeholders within the video surveillance partner ecosystem in the Market
  • Work closely with Channel Partners to execute a strategy to drive Intelex Visions sales
  • Support construction and execution of sales channel agreements in the Market.
  • Coordinate training and support programs with partners in the Market.
  • Report and execute targeted marketing strategies with effective KPIs in coordination with the Regional Sales Director for MENA.
  • Assist with on-going testing of related partner integration software solutions;
The role requires interfacing directly with channel partners as well as end-users and may require travel to customers/remotes sites.The Pre Sales Specialist shall liaise with the Sales Director for MENA.The Candidate must demonstrate relevant experience in a fast-moving environment in the same or similar industry to that of Intelex Vision, clearly showing how he has personally contributed to the effective delivery that has supported successful outcomes. We require:
  • Minimum 5 years demonstrable experience in a similar role
  • Experience in AI-based video analytics systems, or
  • Experience with multiple video management system software packages

  • Degree level education
  • Proven track record of sales accomplishments, including sales targets and quarterly objectives
  • Be able to provide technical support to end users regarding implementation and configuration of a variety of software and hardware-based solutions.
  • Managing and administrating technical support and executed systems engineering for Microsoft environments (Linux is a plus)
  • Have proven experience with database management, especially relevant to the Intelex Solution (SQL Server, etc)
  • Have proven experience with web platforms.
  • Good communication in Arabic and English
  • An exceptional level of attention to detail and organisation
