Job Responsibilities:Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures, and resource allocations.Prepare accurate cost estimates for projects including materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractors.Analyze project scope and specifications to generate realistic estimates.Monitor project progress and update schedules accordingly.Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.Prepare tender documents and participate in bid evaluations.Ensure compliance with company standards, safety procedures, and client specifications.Assist in project planning meetings and report on progress and forecasts.Maintain and update estimation databases and historical data for future projects.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.Minimum 10 years of experience in planning and estimation within oil and gas projects.Proficiency in project management software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar.Strong analytical and cost estimation skills.Good understanding of offshore oil and gas project lifecycle.Excellent communication and coordination skills.
