Location: QatarSalary: QAR 6500 – 8000 per month + FATVacancies: 1Joining Requirement: ImmediateJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer (E&I) to join our team for Oil & Gas construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, cost estimation, and contract administration to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within budget.Key Responsibilities:Planning & Scheduling:? Review and develop a detailed Resource Loaded Schedule for all E&I activities.? Update and monitor actual progress against the baseline schedule.? Calculate progress weightage and generate reports for invoicing.? Prepare measurement reports and monthly invoicing.Cost Estimation & Monitoring:? Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for E&I components as per project specifications.? Monitor and control project costs, identifying and addressing deviations.? Prepare accurate cost estimates and budgets, considering materials, labor, and other factors.? Collaborate with project managers and engineers to refine cost estimates.Cost Control:? Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenditures.? Conduct cost analyses and recommend cost-saving initiatives.? Ensure compliance with cost control policies and procedures.Contract Administration:? Review and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers.? Ensure contractual terms align with project requirements and budget constraints.? Administer contract variations and resolve commercial issues.Qualifications & Experience:•Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.•Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in Planning, Project Controls, and E&I Works within Oil & Gas construction projects.Technical Skills:•Expertise in project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation.•Strong knowledge of E&I systems, cost control, and contract administration.•Proficiency in industry-specific software (Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.).•Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.Hiring from India – Service charge applicable
