Job PurposePerform Project Information Handover (PIH) activities for theOffshore Projects scopes.Key Accountabilities(Duties include but not limited to)1.Prepare for a uniform, timely and adequate development of documents and information necessary for operations.2.Review and coordination of PIH Plans stipulating documentation delivery requirements for all Contractors and subcontractors3.Identify all necessary actions to complete PIH and monitor (track) execution of the same4.Identify the necessary procedures and work instructions for development, validation, and timely turnover of PIH5.Work as an integrator to secure successful completion of PIH6.Ensure timely preparation of all deliverables to allow turnover to operations according to schedules7.Secure good communication between disciplines in the project, within procurement, engineering, fabrication, completion, commissioning, operations, and Contractor teams8.Interact with vendors/suppliers/sub-contractors when clarifications on documentation are warranted9.Ensure that all PIH requirements are fulfilled by Contractor?s PIH Coordinator and Assistant(s)10.Perform periodic audits of PIH compliance from all fabrication sites
