Responsibilities: Supervise daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing and inventory management.Ensure compliance with Qatar healthcare regulations and pharmacy laws.Lead, train, and motivate pharmacy staff to deliver high-quality patient care.Develop and implement pharmacy policies and procedures.Monitor stock levels, manage procurement, and oversee medication storage.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient treatment plans.Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.Stay updated with new medications, technology, and industry best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).Valid Qatar pharmacy license and registration.Proven experience as a Pharmacy Manager or equivalent role.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.Knowledge of pharmacy software and inventory management systems.
