Patient Safety & Risk Management OfficerDescription :?Monitor Qatar MOPH and Joint Commission International compliance on an ongoing basis.?Ensures that Hospital is in compliance with all regulatory standards, as needed.?Receives, manages and investigates all assigned safety posts reported across the organization.?Investigate and manage safety posts, assess trends, and escalate concerns.?Build strong relationships with healthcare leaders and front-line staff.?Conduct in-depth investigations, RCAs, and utilize proactive risk assessment tools.?Identify deviations in care standards and escalate significant events.?Participate in and contribute to patient safety initiatives and program development.?Stay updated with industry trends and maintain relevant certifications.??Qualifications : ???Need experience??
