Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Operations Supervisor to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidate will oversee day-to-day cleaning operations, manage staff and accommodations, ensure quality control, and handle key administrative tasks.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations.
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to maintain high cleanliness standards.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff performance.
  • Address client concerns and feedback professionally and promptly.
  • Manage guest accommodations and staff housing logistics.
  • Oversee and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies.
  • Handle end-of-day payment collections and related documentation.
  • Collaborate with the management team to optimize operations and improve service delivery.
