Operations ManagerJob Location: QatarQualifications:? Degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.? At least 15+ years overall experience with 7 years? experience of managing comparable complex high value operation(s) in GCC region? Well-developed leadership skills - is a leader and motivator? Promotes strong teamwork ethic and customer service excellence through empowerment? Good understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil and agricultural systems.? Certified QCDD Engineer preferred? Grade A classified preferred approved from KAHRAMA/ relevant authorities? Proven experience in commercial management and customer relation management? Good understanding of maintenance and & operationsgood understanding of the management of the facilities management? Good knowledge of Hard services, including specialist services.? Good knowledge of quality management, health and environmental management systems and relevant laws? Experience in the culture of performance, and the use of technology to achieve this wherever possible? Ability to plan and organise and supervise teams and be decisive when require..? ability to build relationships between managers, staff, supply chain and stakeholders? experience in computer programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Microsoft Office? Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills? Fluent language ability in both spoken and written English & Arabic. Must be able to express ideas at all levels?
