Operations & Maintenance EngineerJob Location : QatarDescription:We are seeking an experienced Operations & Maintenance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our companys equipment and facilities. You will be responsible for managing maintenance schedules, overseeing repair work, and ensuring that all safety protocols are followed. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, able to troubleshoot complex problems, and have a strong background in engineering.Responsibilities:?Oversee and manage all aspects of the companys equipment and facilities operations and maintenance.?Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment and facilities.?Troubleshoot complex problems to identify the root cause and develop effective solutions.?Manage repair work and coordinate with external vendors as needed.?Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all equipment and facilities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.?Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure that all necessary reports are submitted in a timely manner.Requirements:?Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical).?Proven experience as an Operations & Maintenance Engineer or similar role.?Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.?Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.?Ability to work independently and as part of a team.?Solid understanding of local, state, and federal regulations related to equipment and facilities maintenance.?Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
