Job Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive strategies and plans for the operation and maintenance of the Smart City Ecosystem, aligned with project requirements and customer expectations, while considering engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.• Lead and manage a team of operators, technicians, and specialists responsible for the operation and maintenance of the various components of the Smart City Ecosystem, emphasizing engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and proficiency in smart city software platforms.• Maintain a qualified and competent staff, ensuring thorough understanding of the Smart City Ecosystem's operational elements and systems, particularly in engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.Requirements• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, engineering, or a related discipline. Master's degree is preferred.• Minimum of 12 years of experience in operations and maintenance management, preferably in large-scale smart city projects or similar complex environments, with a focus on facility management, encompassing engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and proficiency in smart city software platforms.• Strong knowledge and understanding of smart city technologies, infrastructure, and systems, including ICT networks, SOC operations, asset management, and cybersecurity solutions, specifically in relation to facility management and its impact on engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.• Proven experience in managing teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders to ensure effective and efficient operations and maintenance of assets in the field of facility management, including electro-mechanical expertise, low voltage & security systems, and compliance with Civil Defense/Fire Department regulations.• In-depth knowledge of relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, permits, codes, and standards related to operations and maintenance activities in facility management, with a specific focus on engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex situations and implement effective solutions in the context of facility management, taking into account engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels and maintain positive working relationships in facility management, emphasizing engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to achieve high performance and quality standards in facility management, with an emphasis on engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.• Relevant certifications in operations and maintenance management, asset management, cybersecurity, project management, facility management, or related fields are highly desirable in the area of facility management, encompassing engineering practices, risk and safety management, environmental impact, security operations, maintenance management, and smart city software platforms.
