�Operational Risk Officer-Qatari & Candidate from a Qatari Mother only�Key Accountabilities

Support the implementation of Operational risk policies and procedures across the bank organization
Support the implementation of the Operational risk target Operating model across different divisions
Support the implementation of the Risk�assessment across the organization
Lead the implementation of Key risk indicators and action plans
Investigate Root causes of operational risk incidents and provide support and challenge to mitigate the risk

Other Accountabilities

Prepare periodic operational risk department reports as required by Head of Non- Financial risk
Monitor and oversight of action plans across different operational risk management instruments
Support and develop quality assurance operational program
Develop strong relationship with key stakeholders by addressing issues, concerns in timely manner
