* He will be responsible for the performance of the company?s businesses, as dictated by the overall strategy agreed by the board.* To successfully communicate and implement the group?s strategy as agreed by the board business units and central function that reflect the longer terms & short term objective and priorities of the board.* To take remedial action where necessary and to inform the board of any significant changes.* To ensure appropriate and satisfactory system are in place for monitoring group performance against plans and budgets.* To put in place an effective system if controls throughout the group, covering non-financial as well as financial controls.* Ensure that all organization activities and operations are carried out in compliance with local state, regulations and laws governing business operations.* Reporting to Managing Director regularly on the operation of the company?s business.* To ensure coordinate with all the GM with a large group of companies & its subsidiaries.?
