Job Description

Role Summary:- Site supervisor, required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers site/property. - These activities contribute to, maintain, repair and refurbish sold or existing products. Includes all types of maintenance service (preventive and remedial), manage maintenance facilities and field services engineering.Essential Responsibilities:- The role of a site supervisor generally involves the management and supervision of a site in accordance with health and safety guidelines.- It is the responsibility of the site supervisor to assess hazards, determine risks, conduct regular inspections, and maintain a safety programme.- All on site bay extensions, repairs and inspection-related service activities able to be performed at customer site.- Includes onsite repair and maintenance- Suggests improvements in products, processes and procedures.- Responsible for preparation of documents required to perform site works. Method statements and risk assessment.- Supports project manager to prepare site execution plan.- Strong site team management skills including tools management at site,- Take proactive actions for all site related works and assigned activities.Qualifications/REQUIREMENTS:- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 15+ years of experience in Services) REQUIREMENTS: Desired Experience on:- Gas insulated switch gear. Bay erection and experience on Major maintenance (upto 220kV level)- On load tap changer repair & maintenance.- Condition Monitoring of Transmission and Distribution Assets. Asset Performance Management including experience on Condition monitoring techniques. (PD, IR, Oil Analysis).- Transformer mechanical works. (Tanking, Untanking, oil circulation, drying process)- Candidate with certification from OEM preferred.Desired Characteristics:- Strong oral and written communication skills.- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.- Ability to work independently.
