Check flight bookings are done in DAWINCI system for MP personnel travelling to JUB?s.
Liaise with CTR about CPY flight booking rotational, visitors, vendors.
Update and communicate offshore/onshore about personnel logistic issues.
Maintain the rotation plan updated.
Communicate with employee agents and agents.
Liaise and follow up log issues with Company entities: OMF card.
Ensure CTR logistics representative, located onshore, is adhering to procedure for the booking of flights in the DAWINCI system.
Participate in the change of planning of logistics operations according to urgencies and non-planned events on site while ensuring coordination with other entities.
